Virginia law protects the Sweepstakes game, said operator

ROANOKE and--Ronnie Bennett, operator of North Carolina, who ran three videogame sweepstakes salons here in 2009 and early 2010, are suing the city Roanoke, in an effort to restore 42 cars and approximately $ 12000 cash seized by Roanoke police in April.

Law enforcement officials said Bennett Internet Cafe promotes illegal gambling.
