If you like to play video games, computer games, you name it, then you might like to become a game tester.

So what do a game tester need to do? Where do you start?

At first, when you become a game tester, you will get games with a lot of bugs and you have to identify those bugs. As an example, I have come across this video clip and it will give you an idea of what you have to do.



You will have the opportunity to play a lot of games, and get paid for it. You might start with $10 when you started, but later on you will get $20-$30 an hour as you progress. Please don`t get cheated by other scam sites saying you will earn 50$ or more dollars an hour! And don’t believe other sites telling you will earn from $50 to $100 an hour, these are scam sites just attracting you to buy. Find out the REAL Video Game Tester work issues, all the cons and pros.

The Video Game Tester Industry has skyrocketed over the past few years. In 2009, the VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY WAS OVER A $155 BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS. That figure is expected to increase substantially in 2010.

What does this mean for you?

If you work in this industry the amount of money going into your bank account is going to increase also a you will always be needed!!! The next year and the year after. That's simply if you work in this industry.

Why would companies pay me to test games?

The GAME INDUSTRY WAS OVER $150 BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS IN 2009. Companies who are making games make them in an extremely difficult way, and if clients will return games with a refund, the company will lose the name and the money – literally tons of dollars and they aren't willing to lose that kind of money.

Would you like to buy the game that is full of bugs? I won't and if you do, you would tell your friend about it and they will certainly not buying it. Business is build mainly on word of mouth, and these companies know that very well. No game company would ever want to give up their name because it cost hundreds of thousand dollars to develop and test the games, and they can't do this on their own. They don't want to lose money and the only way to make certain that their new games get popular, they are willing to hire people, like you, to seek for those bugs. So you see why they are paying a lot of money for a work you are going to do.
